This course provides an overview of network analysis for project scheduling, including how to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a Project Schedule Network Diagram. You will learn about the Critical Path Method (CPM) and how to identify critical paths using both Activity on Arrow (AOA) and Activity on Node (AON) methods. Additionally, you’ll gain skills in calculating key scheduling metrics such as Early Start (ES), Early Finish (EF), Late Start (LS), Late Finish (LF), Total Float (TF), and Free Float (FF).
