Introduction to Agile Development and Scrum

In this course, you’ll learn to implement the five Agile practices within DevOps: small batches, minimum viable products, pair programming, and behavior- and test-driven development. You’ll master writing effective user stories, estimating story points, and tracking progress with a Kanban board. The curriculum covers Scrum artifacts and events, helping you create and refine a product backlog through sprint planning. You’ll also produce potentially shippable increments with each iteration and utilize burndown charts to predict sprint success. Finally, you’ll learn to leverage metrics to improve performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
