Project Avenue enables project managers to search, bookmark, contribute, comment on, and review various resources, with the resources opening at their actual external locations. By accessing or using Project Avenue, you agree to these Terms of Service, so please read them carefully.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence to use Project Avenue.

Account Responsibility: If you create an account on Project Avenue, you agree to maintain the security of your login credentials and are fully responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

4. User Contributions and Conduct

User-Generated Content: Users can submit resources, comments, and reviews (“Contributions”). By submitting Contributions, you confirm that:

• Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws, including Nigerian law, regarding intellectual property, copyright, and data privacy.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

• Engage in behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful to others.
• Use Project Avenue for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property: All content provided by Project Avenue, including logos, graphics, design, and software, is owned by Gooro Consulting Limited and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User License for Contributions: By posting Contributions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on Project Avenue. This license is limited to purposes consistent with providing, promoting, and improving our services.
